The ALPS Wrap Machine with Improved ALPS Mandrel is the best wrapping machine on the market to help complete the rodbuilding process and reduce rod building time. The ALPS machine with enhanced mandrel is attached to a four-foot aluminum base and comes with an additional aluminum base section to give you eight feet of usable building space. If you need more length, additional aluminum bases are available.

The improved ALPS self-centering chuck, featuring two different collets and a locking screw, can hold any blank diameter. A variable speed foot pedal and dial give you complete control over your rotation speed.

The ALPS chuck is available in two different sizes.

The ALPS wrapping machine with ALPS mandrel system has several drying speed options of 10, 14 and 18 rpm. Perfect for any rod builder, novice or expert, who takes rod building seriously and wants to simplify the process.

This ALPS bench comes with a 220V European power supply. It is equipped with a speed control pedal (adjustable speed). This bench can be operated at 10, 14 and 18 rpm. The bench is supplied with two 122-centimeter aluminum profiles and 3 removable supports. Despite all the care taken with packaging, scratches and marks may occasionally be present. These are superficial and have no impact on the performance of the machines.
