RODHOUSE is legally obligated to provide personal data and/or usage data to authorities responsible for investigations, criminal prosecution, or surveillance, if and to the extent necessary to prevent risks to the public and for the prosecution of criminal acts.

RODHOUSE may share your data with third parties when transferring the obligations and rights relating to the contractual relationship between you and RODHOUSE to such third parties, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, particularly in the case of transferring a business sector, forming a new company through a merger, absorption merger, division, or any change of control involving RODHOUSE.
