Return Policy

 

Right of Withdrawal and Return

Buyers have a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order to return the product to RODHOUSE SAS for exchange or refund without penalty, excluding shipping costs.

 

Return Procedure

Before returning any goods, the buyer must contact RODHOUSE customer service by email or telephone (non-premium rate call) to obtain a return form with a return number. The buyer must complete and submit this return form along with the goods to be returned. The buyer may also return the merchandise using their own means.

 

Refund

An email will be sent to the buyer to confirm the receipt of the package and the refund details. The refund will be made by bank transfer or refund to the credit card. The price of the item will be refunded, but the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer in accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code. RODHOUSE will process the refund within 10 working days via bank transfer.

 

Return Conditions

Incomplete, worn, damaged, or soiled products will not be accepted for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer if the delivered merchandise is in accordance with the order. The returned item must be unworn and must not have undergone any damage. In the case of abusive returns or threats against RODHOUSE staff, RODHOUSE reserves the right to refuse any future orders.

 

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Order No. 2001-741 of August 23, 2001, and Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following situations: Supply of services that have begun, with the consumer's agreement, before the end of the seven-day period. Supply of goods or services whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market. Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when unsealed by the consumer. Supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines. Authorized betting or lottery services.

 

Warranty

All products provided by RODHOUSE SAS are covered by the legal warranty provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

All complaints, requests for exchange, or refund must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within thirty days from the date of delivery, to the following address:
